For a single document or a small stack, meet in person at a public spot — a coffee shop, library branch, or another mutually convenient location in the NoVA area. Weekend appointments run Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, through July 5, 2026. Bring the unsigned document and a valid government-issued photo ID. Need a weekday? Most documents can be notarized online in the evening instead.

Travel fees follow a simple distance table (see the travel-fee chart) and are quoted before you confirm — never charged online. Early-morning (before 8 AM) and late-evening (after 8 PM) visits add a quoted surcharge.

A complete signing-agent appointment for full loan packages: purchase, refinance, seller-side, and HELOC documents. The flat package fee covers the appointment time, travel within 25 miles, and printing two full document sets (one to sign, one for your records); beyond 25 miles the package is $150. This is a signing-agent service fee for time, travel, printing, and document handling — and the flat fee includes the notarial fees for every act in the package (Virginia caps each at $5, Va.
